We operate a no-quibble returns policy. If you return an item within 30 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer.
We think it is fair that if there is a production fault with your purchase and you need a refund, we will also refund the cost of your return postage. If you are returning the item for other reasons, please note this does not include returns unless the item is faulty. Please email us at email@example.com and include a photograph of your faulty item.
We are committed to providing the best service we can, but we are a very small company, so please allow 21 days for processing of returns.
